Cuteness

It's rare I consider my work cute but I crossed over to the cute side for a couple of the pieces I fired last night.

Cute...

Elephant!

I only made one of these cuties, wanted to see how it turned out before I made more. I think this little one was a success. I made him on scratch foam need to make his mirror image so I can provide pairs as well as singles.

Cute...

Mittens!

BTW

Wow, it's been some time since I've joined in BTW.
I thought about it last week but it was nearly Friday so...
But it's actually Wednesday so here you go!

More new Shapes and Textures

Still need to be cleaned up before I fire them, hopefully tonight but if not tomorrow for sure!

Both pair of the new Owl Crescents I made a few days ago sold quickly
so I'm making a whole flock of them.
They are 5 pair available for Pre-Order in my Etsy Shop.

Scratch Foam Results

Here are the results.
I took them out of the kiln while they were very hot which gave them a much different look than I've been doing lately, I rather like it and think I'll do it more often.
That said...if anybody wants them tumbled and torched I can certainly do that with any of these pieces.
They are certainly very rustic this way, just a little bit of brushing to get the carbon off.

These will become toggles when I get a chance to make the other end of them.
Those Owls turned out so cute don't you think?

Assorted rounds, pendants, earrings pair and toggles.

Lovin the hearts!!!!!
