I Heart Macro - Poppy Kiss

I love I heart macro and I missed last week and almost missed this week, I can't believe that!!


Love this funny little face the poppy seed pod is making,
can you say Little Shop of Horrors lol!
I've never seen one that wasn't perfectly rouhD1


Gorgeous Penstemon, I love this color!!


And beautiful Foxglove,


Love my Lavender!!
There's a color them going on here I only noticed when I started loading photos.
Totally unintentional but I like it!


A different kind of Lavender,
every time I see a variety I don't have I snatch it up.


Amazingly gorgeous Hosta bloom,
it was really foggy this morning and being in the shade
it still has lovely droplets of water on it!

And just as I was finishing up this post I saw this lovely flitting around at my flower baskets,
so I went outside and chased him around for a few minutes until I got a decent photo.

    Wow, that one hosta closeup is phenomenal (the big one)!!! I would blow it up, frame it and hang it on the wall. That is ART my dear!!

    These are all gorgeous. There's something about that foxglove though that really calls out to me. . .such a neat shape! I don't think I've ever actually seen any in these parts. Very cool.
