We're All Ears :: April Reveal

Who doesn't love Spirals?!
I know I do, this Ammonite texture has been at the top of my favorites list for years so when the Earrings Everyday Inspiration for this month came up I knew I had to use some of my new Hollow Ammonite Beads.

I had to resist the urge to put a headpin through the beads which is my favorite way to go, I wanted to add even more spirals, so with a little experimentation I ended up creating a sort of Cross out of the Spiraled Copper wire and topping them with creamy Coppery Green Lampwork Beads by Lara Lutrick.

Check out the other creations over at the

B*I*G White Copper

Continuing with my BIG theme I ran out of Copper last week so I broke out the White Copper and I love the results. I re-created some of my favorites and they are gorgeous!

All of these are listed in my Etsy shop and on my Website.
Any extra shipping will be refunded if you purchase in both shops.

B*I*G Copper!!!!!!!!!

Typically I make earrings all the time so typically I make earring components when I create with copper. But I had a show coming up and I wanted to break out of my earring pair mode and make some statement focals. I do make focals from time to time but I wanted these to be different, for one thing I put bails on all of them instead of jump ring holes.
Here are the results!

Sea Urchin with Hidden Bail

Shell

Embellished Feather with Hidden Bail

Sea Urchin with Sea Urchin Bail

Sea Urchin

Ammonite with Ammonite Bail
Most of these are sold but what's left is in my HERE Etsy Shop.

Watch for more of these in the future, I really enjoyed stepping out of the box.

October Component of the Month Reveal

Time for the October Component of the Month REVEAL!!!
I'm so excited to have provided this cool Ammonite Component to everybody to make their creations!!

Here's what I made with mine!

I purposely chose the piece with the big crack in it,
I love it and think it adds to the personality of the texture.

I braided Sari Silk over heavy copper wire for the frame of the sides and used one of my rings for a sort of hook and eye closure.
I'm still toying with the idea of adding some little dangling baubles to this piece.

We've got an amazing group of talented artisans playing along this month, please take a look and I know they would love to hear what you think of their creations!

Sorbet

Who doesn't love Sorbet!!
I think these colors are definitely Sorbet colors.

Pistachio, Lemon, Vanilla, Orange and Raspberry.

All drizzled in Chocolate sauce!

I've listed a few sets and I haven't decided how I'm going to break the rest of them,
I've been putting them in sets of 4-5 with a variety of colors.
HERE
Does anybody them broken in to pairs of one color?
That's always the first thing I want to do but I've been trying to change it up a bit.

I think I've done enough of these, now on to something new!
Don't know what that is yet. :)
