I Heart Macro

I really really Heart Macro, I have so much fun getting up close and personal with flowers and bugs and whatever appears to have interesting texture to show off. Today I'm sharing a bud to a flower that I don't know the name of. I've been watching it form for awhile knowing at some point I'd have to take a close up shot, today was the day. I think maybe tomorrow they will pop open!! They are so cute right now, like little bubbles full of air.

I also wanted to share the flower of the Allium flower, not quite out of it's shell, it almost looks like it has a little Fairy Cap on it's head.

And lastly, my white Lavender, so pretty! Actually more of a very soft pink.

  2. Kristi, these are marvelous pictures. I even called my husband over to my computer to share. He is a gardener and wanted to know what the first pictures were, but I had to tell him that you didn't know. I love the little "fairie cap" on the allium!
